Ms. Clay will introduce and explain the three frameworks to Improve Change Implementation and Engagement and then we will break into small groups to discuss application and practice. Participants can bring in their own change issues to work on or case studies will be provided so that the small groups can put these frameworks into practice and leave knowing how to apply this back in the workplace. A group discussion of how these frameworks were used to facilitate change and engage those in the effort will conclude the program.

Participants who attend the session will be able to:

1. Understand the "Switch" framework for change; utilize case studies for application and practice.

2. Understand the "Bright Spots" framework for change; utilize case studies for application and practice.

3. Understand how to reduce resistance to change; utilize case studies for application and practice.
