We will highlight a few common tests, what they explain and limitations, and reconnect with them. We will discuss ways these assessments can support professional development, teams, and leadership, to better use these resources we likely already have.

Speaker:
Barb is a consulting psychologist, at Perception Coaching LLC. She uses positive psychology and cognitive development frameworks to support her strategic and performance coaching clients. Dr. Bengtson also consults with individuals and organizations to find and implement solutions that align with their mission, talents, and needs.
Barb earned a PhD in Educational Psychology as well a certificate for Talent Development and Gifted Education from the University of Minnesota. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach (StrengthsFinder) and EQ-i 2.0/360 Certified Coach (Emotional Intelligence). After working for years as an internal coach, she founded Perception Coaching LLC in 2016.
