Leader as Coach:
Empowering Executives to Take an Active Role in Developing Talent

What separates good leaders from great ones? Active Mentoring.

At this session, participants will learn practical strategies for coaching managers and executives on taking an active role in mentoring/teaching their direct reports. While 60% of managers report not having enough time to mentor, 90% of them also report not feeling competent at teaching/mentoring. Coaches have a tremendous opportunity to help reticent executives to identify, practice, and master the mentor/teacher aspects of their role. This session will incorporate research findings with best practices in a dynamic and entertaining manner
