Although meeting the challenge of high pressure situations is a different experience for everyone, one thing is constant: in today’s work environment, pressure is inevitable.
More than ever before, people are feeling they have to produce, achieve, get results and do more with less. Pressure is like stress on steroids and can derail success in a job interview, crucial sales negotiation or power presentation when the stakes are high. When pressure is excessive, it can adversely affect performance, decisions, relationships and quality of life. Pam’s presentation will give practical strategies to deal with short term pressure situations as well as building a long-term pressure management skill set.
