Participants will learn the granular details that lead to, create and escalate conflict. How verbal interventions, connecting with people and stress management are key strategies to avoid unhealthy conflict. This presentation can be applied in the just about any setting where people are working with people. It is fun, reflective and engaging.
About the presenter:
Michelle has over 20 years of experience in behavior and crisis management. She is an associate level instructor of the Crisis Prevention Institute and certified in Life Space Crisis Intervention. In addition to her counseling and leadership skills she is well versed in team, program, and organizational development.
