Do you talk to yourself? Well, even if you don’t admit it, the truth is we ALL talk to ourselves. But have you ever really listened to what you are saying to yourself…and saying out loud to others?

Statistics show us the majority of our thoughts are more negative than  positive. Those thoughts lead to words… which lead to actions…which lead to habits. How in the world can we be productive, successful, happy human beings if we keep building negative habits from negative thoughts? This session will arm you with at least three tools to help reframe those thoughts for more positive, productive results.

  1. Explore where negative thoughts come from, the emotions they can trigger and the consequences of reacting to those emotions.
  2. Discuss how to practically reframe those negative thoughts for more positive results.
