On Top Of The World
Presented by Pam Solberg Tapper

What is it like being "on top of the world"? This inspiring presentation details the lessons I learned while running a marathon on the North Pole this past April and how these lessons apply to trainers. "On Top of the World" is designed to inform and energize trainers on how they can be on top of their own worlds every day. I will provide practical ideas and techniques listeners can apply immediately as they engage with their audiences. Key concepts include "Focus on the Finish", "Race Against Yourself' and "Share Your Victory".

Upon completion of the presentation participants will take away three key concepts:

  • For key concept "Focus on the Finish" participants will deepen their understanding of the significance of intention for their audience as well as for themselves when presenting/ training.
  • For key concept "Race Against Yourself' participants will come away will a renewed appreciation of being their best versus trying to be perfect or comparing self to others as presenters/trainers.
  • For key concept "Share Your Victory" participants will be reminded to fully embrace the potential presenters and trainers have to transform people and organizations every day.

This energizing program is sponsored by ATD and offered by Pam Solberg-Tapper
