Generational Differences & Change: It Isn't About Values

Academia has studied the etiology of behavioral differences among generational cohorts for many years. Recently, the focus has been on so-called "generational differences." Initially, some researchers assumed these differences could be attributed to different value sets, but recent research has proven that assumption to be faulty. This presentation will "set the record straight" about the generations and will provide participants ideas for how to manage change initiatives across the generational groupings.
