Create an Inclusive Workplace by Leveraging Diversity
How we learn, process information, and communicate is unique for each individual. In the workplace, this diversity can spark creativity, enhance productivity, and create new opportunities. It can also create miscommunication, tension, and strife. This presentation explores different learning and communication styles, how they can work together, and how to address conflict when it arises.
Upon completion of the presentation, participants will:
· Recognize different types of learning, processing, and communication styles
· Possess tools for resolving conflict when styles clash
